(SECPL) is driven by the visionary leadership of its Founder and Managing Director, Dr. Vitthal Shinde, a seasoned environmental professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of environmental science, engineering, and consultancy. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science along with Master's degree in Environmental Science from New Arts, Commerce and Science College, Ahmednagar, and a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Fergusson College, Pune., backed by various industry-relevant certifications and specialized training. Over the years, he has led numerous Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), statutory compliance projects, and sustainability consulting mandates across diverse industrial sectors in India.

Mrs. Dnyaneshwari Shinde is the visionary Founder and Chairman of Shree Swami Samarth Enviro Consultant Pvt. Ltd. (SECPL). With an academic background in B.A. and B.Ed., she has played a pivotal role in overseeing business management and daily operations since the inception of SECPL in 2015. She ensures seamless coordination across departments and service verticals. With a steady vision and grounded leadership, she continues to guide the company toward sustainable growth and impactful environmental solutions. Backed by years of practical experience and her unwavering commitment to quality, Mrs. Shinde has been instrumental in driving the organization’s internal systems, financial discipline, and strategic planning that have enabled SECPL to serve 500+ clients across diverse industrial sectors.

Abhishek V. Shinde serves as Executive Director at Shree Swami Samarth Environmental Consultant Pvt. Ltd. (SECPL), bringing fresh perspectives and technical expertise to the organization He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Chemical Engineering, providing him with a strong technical foundation in process engineering, chemical systems, and industrial operations and continuous upskilling in environmental compliance and project management, he plays a crucial role in the end-to-end execution of technical projects, client coordination, internal process optimization, and the integration of digital tools for efficient service delivery.

Ms. Aishwarya Shinde serves as the Executive Director at Shree Swami Samarth Enviro Consultant Pvt. Ltd. (SECPL), where she plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s business development and financial planning initiatives. With a strong academic background in Statistics and a strategic mindset, Aishwarya brings a data-driven approach to decision-making and growth management. Her keen interest in finance, combined with a sharp analytical outlook, has helped streamline internal processes and expand SECPL’s client base across multiple industrial sectors.
